His research interests are related to the stratigraphic geology, sedimentology and geology of the Quaternary and includes regional tectonics, geological mapping, stratigraphic and sedimentological studies of sedimentary and meso-cenozoic volcanic sequences emerging in compressive, extensional contexts, and strike-slip.
