Opposite the Svevo Castle of Bari, by side the gardens of p.zza Massari, on the ground floor of Palazzo Dioguardi,
In Palazzo Dioguardi there is a procedure of recognition of important monumental value, previously used for storage only.
They have been surprisingly transformed into a restaurant with a green / chic flavor.
The grandeur of the interior spaces, due to the presence of very high ceilings, is enhanced and emphasized by the verticality repetitiveness of panels / boiserie marking the space and regulate the tables distribution.
Recurrent iron finishes reproduce the calcarenitic color of the castle's tuffs - trunks stranded with blue cords and nets, bring back to the taste of the sea - while monolistellar panels in natural, stained mud fir give the room a pleasant natural feeling , perfectrly marring with the "white lime"walls and in strong contrast with the "dark brown"of the dark earth of our countryside.
