This old “masseria”, in Polignano a Mare, has a large courtyard looking towards the sea.
It is bonded in respect area of "Historic-Cultural Heritage", with an area of 2260 square meters.
The settlement was composed in various phases, in stone and tuff. Some buildings have vaulted or ribbed vaults, for a total area of about 500 square meters.
The project did not change the structure and the architectural composition of settlement, leaving unchanged the basic plant: the intervention recovered and restored tampered parts.
Every “muretto a secco” (dry stone wall) was compensated and, when collapsed, rebuilt in the same way.
