Extraordinary maintenance project, safety and refurbishment of a solar terrace, in a building located in Castellana Grotte.

It built in the early twentieth century, in Zone B1 of the current P.R.G.

First of all, the parapet secured, creating a perimeter metal railing, for a safe view.

We realized a floating flooring with valuable wooden boards, without changing elevations.

We realized a covered veranda to improve terrace’s use; we recovered some existing environments to make terrace more functional.

We put in moving flower boxes to get a natural green screen.
